Creative Process

Inspired by the upcoming election, I set out to design the most American, humorous, and politically satirical cereal possible. My creative process involved:

• Concept: Adapting a standard cereal box layout, I aimed for a "family size" design to parody political themes with humor.
• Imagery: I sourced and cut out images of fruity cereal, floating pieces, and politicians in silly poses, strategically placing them around the bowl.
• Details & Humor: Key additions included a "made in the US of A" sticker, a satirical tagline, a Beyoncé reference, a fake Obama quote, and a bald eagle for ultimate Americana.
• Approach: The design evolved through iterative experimentation, driven by a desire to use parody and humor to cope with political absurdity.
